Today , for your consideration is this awesome patriotic / Americana hanging sampler just perfect to display in your home all year long to show your pride on our country!! Such a nice simple statement filled w/ so many handstitches!!! I started w/ a piece of nubby osnaburg that I stitched a large solid stitched American flag & a few red, white, & blue stars for a vintage look ~ I then stitched the words "America " & 1776 in a cross stitch style ~ The backing is a nice rust tone calico w/ mini floral design ~ T is also an aged cotton string to hang your piece by.....love them displayed on an old pie safe door or hangin from a peg shelf.....wver you have room ;) So many stitches , you will just love the early look of this one in any home, a true one of a kind for sure of my own design!!
