My Creations Primitive Designs by Tonya.
Today I have created for you an Olde wood Primitive Apothecary Spice cupboard, Aged to perfection. This apothecary Cupboard has three shelves and two drawers. the handles on the drawers are vintage nails.
On the first shelf I have filled apothecary bottles with a variety, Cinnamon sticks, Pepper Corns, Dried Yellow Peas, Bay leaves and Basil. Each of the tops of each bottle has been aged and distressed.
On the bottom shelf I started by adding an aged and distressed wood dipper bowl. I draped a piece of aged cheese clothe in the bottom and over the edge, then I placed two cakes of my Hand made Oatmeal soap. Then I took a rolling pin and wrapped it with cheese clothe and placed it along the front of the shelf. I tucked in an old wood spoon and a Vintage Rabbit Cookie Cutter with a handle.
For your lighting needs I added a wonderful candle lamp with a glass globe and topped with a hand dipped and spice rolled candle nubby. I added a pip-berry ring around the bottom of the candle lamp to give a touch of prim charm. I bundled three more hand dipped and spice rolled candle nubby's with cheese clothe and laid on top of an old dollie.
lastly I tucked a small bundle of drieds in with the soap.
This Apothecary Spice Cupboard gathering is a must have filled with so many needfuls and plenty of room for you to add your own personal touches!! Wouldn't this gathering look wonderful in your Primitive, Colonial, Americana, Country farmhous home? Especially in your Kitchen or dinning room!!
