He is an original one of a kind collectable Santa and no pattern will be made for him or his horse. He will be signed and dated. This Santa is a free standing Santa made of muslin fabric. He is weighted for support. He has a needle sculpted nose and primitive stitched eyes, eyebrows and mouth. His eyes and mouth are painted with Artist's pencils and sealed.Santa wears a dark blue wool coat and hat with wool roving trim around the sleeves and bottom of the coat. It has bells pinned down the front and on his hat. He has wrapped wired arms for holding his flag and wreath. The grapevine wreath has a banner that is embroidered by hand. It says AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL embroidered. Some red berries and pine cones along with some moss sprinkled with German mica flakes embellish the wreath. Santa's flag is made of osnaburg and is stitched to cotton batting. It is hand painted and stained to look old. Santa's horse measures 8in. long and 5in. tall. He is made of heavily aged muslin and sanded. He has stitched on ears and has a needle sculpted face. His mane and read more
