Primitive Reproduction Wooden Farm Grain Scoop ...this reproduction ol' Farm Grain Scoop is made from 100 year old pine, taken from an old dismantled barn in Guilford County, NC...I love this wood..with all it's imperfections, old nail holes, splits & knots...It's dense & heavy and will probably last another 100 years! The scoop measures 14" tall, 9.5" wide & 7" deep, and is put together with old rusty nails...it's been painted Mustard, distressed & aged...So primitive looking displayed on an old harvest table, laid on its back filled with drieds for fall, or with greens & berries for Christmas. Can be sat on it's end & used as a candle holder...I've used a candlestick & glass hurricane globe as an example...Hanging on the wall or laying on a table or cupboard, just perfect for your old primitive home! I love simple country or primitive decor...I always have. It's in my soul - my Primitive Soul! My ebay auctions reflect that love and are usally vintage, sometimes antique, previously enjoyed items that I pick up at estate sales or auctions. Be assured that I will always let you know of any imperfections outside of the normal wear and tear of use and years. Other items I offer are new primitive style items handmade by my husband & me...he makes my simple ideas come to life...and God bless him, because it is NOT easy trying to understand what's in my head! These items are handmade with quality craftsmanship that we are proud to put our names on. We don't use patterns, each piece is truly one of a kind (OOAK)! And they are all truly constructed with the idea of becoming the next generation of antiques! They will LAST for years! I rely on "The Golden Rule" and will always treat you as I wish to be treated, meaning with honesty and integrity and I will never try to sell you something I would not be proud to put display in my own home. Thank you for viewing my listings and always feel free to email me with any questions you may have. Primitive Blessings to you, Norma I prefer PayPal, but will also accept Money Orders. Please let me know if you plan mail a MO, so I can be watching for it and let you know as soon as it arrives. Thank you again, Norma Buyer agrees to pay shipping costs. I will try to use the most economical and safest shipping methods possible. Typically I use Priority Mail through the US Postal Service to send smaller, lighter weight or fragile items. I use Federal Express for heavier & larger items. I ship once weekly, but if you have a particular need for a rush, I will do my best to accomodate you. SINCE EBAY ONLY PROVIDES SHIPPING FEES FOR USPS & UPS, I WILL CHECK RATES WITH FEDEX, AS THEY ARE FREQUENTLY LESS EXPENSIVE. I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO GET YOU THE BEST PRICE AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING. In a perfect world the item could be passed from my hands to yours, however, unless you live in Charlotte, NC, that's just not possible. Tfore, I strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. I will do my best to pack the item safely, but I cannot guarantee your item after it leaves my hands. Sometimes others just aren't as careful as they should be and things do get lost. So please understand that I cannot offer a refund on a missing or broken item if no insurance was purchased. Thank you so much! txzj pxzj4111 txzj52
