Welcome to My Attic ~Primitives~ ~Primitive~ Folk Art Angel Doll Hi and thanks for stopping by! This one of the most Beautiful Angels I have made so Far! This Beautiful lady measures 21 inches tall. She has been lovingly hand-made from heavily stained muslin that has been baked and distressed for that wonderful days of old look! She has a needle-sculpted nose. Her beautiful brown eyes and mouth were drawn on and sealed to prevent fading. I added a little shading around the eyes & nose for depth. Blush was added to her cheeks for nice rosy color. Her dress is made from a Vintage Infant gown. It has beautiful delicate embroidery on the front and sweet lace around the neckline, sleeves and the softly scalloped hem. The dress was pre-washed and then given a good soakin' in tea and hung on the line to dry. Rusty Bells were stitched on the neckline. Her hair is made from raw sheep's wool and was needle-felted to cover her entire head. Her wings are made from stained muslin and are quilted. I added Rusty Bells to the tips and Glass Glitter for extra Angelic sparkle! She has a loop attached to the back of her head so she can be hung if you choose. I just Love the way she turned out! Her little face is so Beautiful! This prim folk art doll is an original piece from My Attic ~Primitives~. Should you decide she is a must have for your collection, she will arrive signed & dated on her back-side and very lovingly packaged.
