~Black Pumpkin Girl & her Crow~ This evening I’m offering a black jack-o-lantern pumpkin girl with her crow. She measures about 22” tall from the top of her dried pumpkin stem to the bottom of her tiny feet. I made her of cotton muslin that I stained, painted and aged. Her face was done using an artist pencil, black glass beads and primitive floss stitches. She’s wearing a cotton jumper of tans and black and a stained muslin blouse. The collar is tan wool felt with a rusty bell. Her pants are aged cotton muslin. She's carrying her friend, the crow. I made it of painted, aged muslin. He has black bead eyes and a tag that's stamped with "Caw".She has a hanger on her back and will come to you signed and dated as a Tallowberry Primitive’s 2013 Halloween original. I take great care in making my dolls using only quality fabrics and trims. ~~ I’d also like to stress that many of my dolls feature small items, such as buttons, safety pins and/or bells.
