Vintage folk art carved Black Americana figure of a Butler. It is signed by Irene Ballard who carved for Beaver Creek. This figure dates back to the early 1980’s when Beaver Creek was a thriving small-town woodworking business. The business, which started in the late 1970’s, was originally called “Wolf Creek Woodworking” until it encountered a name change. This figure is handcrafted from a solid piece of wood and the arms on the figure are movable. This Butler stands 10 1/4” tall x 3 1/2” wide x 2 1/4” front to back. High quality piece. Folk Art.
