~Peach Bottom Primitives by Denise~ Primitive Valentine's "Lover's Package" Gift Set You are going to LOVE this to set this out for Valentine's Day! I'm proud to present this AWESOME "Lover's Package" Gift Set, which is my very own thought up ORIGINAL design! It was Christmas day and I was so missing making my prims. I was just sitting t with the family thinking....what can I offer to my wonderful customers that is completely different? Something that nobody has done yet....then it hit me like a ton of bricks! So it is.....MY VERY OWN CREATION~just for you. Everything except for the rose is my original creation. I am only making this 1 set (I can be bribed with fabric LOL) I won't be doing another one until next year. So, if you like it and can't stand to be without it, ya better get it now! Ok, 's what you get..... 1 Champagne bottle ~ 14" 2 Glasses ~ 7 1/2" 5 Grungy Valentine Hearts ~ varies 3-3 1/2" tall by 2-2 1/2" wide The curly vines I found in my back yard, 3 of them 1 Red Rose ~ 10" (Pattern by Donna Veal of Moonchild's Primitives) 1 Grungy Table Mat ~ 16 1/2" x 7 1/2" 4 Large Rusty Safety Pins for added Prim Decorating ~ 2" What's not included: My lil metal pan--sorry but I really like it! The milk crate in the background 's how I made it--all items are made of muslin and/or osnaburg and cheesecloth. The bottle was colorwashed with a mix of hunter green and black acrylic paint and coffee/vanilla. I baked it 3 times then painted grungy stuff on it and baked it again. It's nice and crisp! I sanded it and then rubbed cinnamon on it to make it appear aged. I added a dirty osnaburg label on it, sewed 4 little "X's" on it to appear as if it were sewn on (I had to hotglue the label on because the muslin was just to hard to poke a needle in it) The top of the bottle has dirty osnaburg wrapped on it for the "cork" and rusty wire wrapped around it. I colorwashed cheesecloth burgundy and tied it around the neck of the bottle. T is a grungy hangtag that reads "For My Sweetheart." It's tied with grungy twine. Moving on to the glasses...they were colorwashed with gray, stuffed on the bottom of the glass with polyfil to give it shape, baked a few times, sanded and rubbed with cinnamon. The stems are actual sticks from the yard. They have colorwashed cheesecloth tied around the bottom of them with a lil rusty bell. The hearts have also been colorwashed and baked several times, sanded and rubbed with cinnamon. The rose has gone through the same process. It has the rosebud and leaf tied on to a stick with rusty wire. The hearts have been colorwashed and grunged. 3 of them are loose with curly vines, which I will include so you can use them to decorate with. 2 of them are tied together with grungy twine and a rusty bell. The table mat is made from osnaburg and it has been grunged, a few holes torn in it, and i frayed the edges. It looks perfect with this set! Then lastly, you get 4 LARGE rusty safety pins...these are nice and big and look great placed on the mat. I have included everything you need to display this ACCEPT for the metal pan and milk crate.
