Up for auction and your consideration is a beautiful handcrafted one of a kind folk art Pumpkin Head Doll. This is a soft body doll, and has been partially stuffed with cotton batting. This doll costume is made of various fabrics - muslin, cotton, and sateen, lace and tulle. She measures 30" from top of head to tip of toe - without her hat. Her hat measures 5" from base to top. She is made to sit, and has wire in her legs and arms. Her face is painted with acrylic paint. Her nose is felt that has been sewn on. Her lips are embroidery thread. Her hat is cardboard, covered in felt, trimmed in black ruffled tulle, and a orange and black fabric rose has been added for accent. Her body is covered in black and orange cotton "boo" fabric. Below her neck are orange and black organza, and tulle fabric ruffles. Her apron is made from a orange and black sateen fabric, trimmed with black lace. Her leggings are orange and black cotton fabric. Her shoes are black felt. She carries a paper mache pumpkin, that has been painted and accented with black glitter. This auction is for 7 days.
