Instructions: Primitive Halloween Green Witch With her Favorite Black Cat Handmade with Love from Tattered & Torn Primitives Greetings Prim Friends! The season has changed - it's Fall and you know what that means - Halloween! Isn't it just your most favorite time of the year for decorating? I love the colors, the smells and the textures! This Halloween witch turned out just as green and prim and perfect as can be. A fun and fabulous Halloween decoration handmade by me just to share with you. Have fun looking at all my awesome prims. Be sure to check out my other auctions. I'm ending the Halloween auctions to start on Thanksgiving and Christmas. My Witch and her cat are made from grungy muslin. I've handpainted the kitty cat black and did some handsanding to add to the fun aging look and then grunged it all up with my secret sauce. The Wicked Old Witch is handpainted a lovely green shade! Just like the Wizard of Oz Scary witch! I needle sculpted her face for some great details. I used colored pencils for her eyes and mouth. Her wild gray hair is raw wool that I've stitched onto her head. Wicked is 25" tall from the tip of her hat to the points on her shoes. She's wicked but nice! You just gotta love this Witch, I dressed her all up in her Halloween night best. A fall stripe dress, gold bloomers and a black homespun cape with gold stars painted on, all stained with the secret sauce. Her legs are painted with purple and white stripes to look like stockings, she's got black painted shoes. Her hat is a great big old witch hat made of painted muslin that I've rubbed a cinnamon mix onto for a great smell and texture. T's a rusty old jingle bell sewn onto the cheesecloth hat band. She has a stained cheesecloth scarf around her neck too. A grubby retro Halloween tag that says "Hallo's Eve Gal", has been added just for fun. This awesome Halloween Prim will look FAntaStiC on your shelf or chair. Everyone will just love this Wicked Old Witch with her Cat.. Her black cat is 9 ½" long and has great hand done details on his face. Wicked's hand are flexible so she can keep ahold of her cat! Everyone will just love this Witch and her Cat but this is the last one! Because I want you to have Great Halloween Decorations that No one else has! This is the end of my Halloween auctions because it's Craft Show Season. If you don't get your Halloween things from me now, you'll have to wait until next year because this is it!
