Nice Old Farm House Wall Cabinet This auction is for the old cabinet pictured and described below. This is an early one off the wall of the Amish farm house we are working on. It has original old deep burgandy barn colored paint. It has 2 swing open glass panel doors with wavy glass. The upper corners are dovetailed. The inside has the coolest shelves with both cuts for your plates to stand and slots for you spoons etx. T is also a rod that is removable that has cup hooks on one side so you can hang your cups. This is an early one that will look great in a primitive setting whether you paint it or leave it natural. It is solid and structuraly very sound. It also look good standing on the floor or on the back of a table. Ooops almost forgot, it does need one panel of glass. This item measures 40 3/4" tall. It measures 12" deep from front edge to w it would hit a wall at the back. It measures 49" wide. This is a very nice piece of heirloom quality furniture. This is the front. This is the inside. This is a closer view. All 3 shelves have double cuts in back for your plates to stand. They also have slots in the front for your utensils. The cup hook board you see lifts off its bracket and can go on any chelf. This is a close up of the utensil slots. This is the way the cup hook rod sits. This is the old hardware inside the left door. This is sort of a side view. This is the top left dovetailed corner. This is the top right dovetailed corner. This is the back. Notice one of the boards split at the top. Check my other items and watch this auction. Never a reserve. SHIPPING INFORMATION This item is being safely stored in our warehouse in Abingdon, MD 21009. Only 3 miles and 2 turns from I-95 exit 77 just north of Baltimore. We can store this item in our warehouse free of charge for up to a couple months if needed. We can deliver it ourselves between about Philadelphia and DC for around $125. Closer distances may be cheaper but $75 is about the best were going to do anyw unless you live right in our town which is free. If you prefer to pick it up, that is fine. We are available 24/7 with 24 hours notice via email. If you have a shipping service you use we are happy to coordinate with them but the expense is yours. We do not provide ropes, blankets or any sort of packing. If you need help getting this item shipped we have sources we deal with regularly. I can have this item professionally delivered to pretty much any large city in the continental US including the west coast for $400 or less. East Coast shipping is much cheaper. Usually $200-300 max. We have a truck run from Florida to NYC every 2 weeks so deliveries within 50-100 miles of the I-95 corridor are fast and cheap. Deliveries along the 81 corridor are also cheap. One of our drivers lives in NYC so we have the cheapest shipping to NYC & Long Island. We pretty much go anyw cheap but our shippers dont go to the west coast much north of LA. Locations farther west could be as soon as one week or as long as 6 weeks. If you live in some off the wall town that is an hour from the nearest highway obviously it will cost more. I am willing to work with any suggestions you may have. Please ask for a quote if you are in doubt. I want to stress, we will help and usually handle the entire process but all arrangements and costs are still the buyers responsibility.
