[zipedit] This sweet raggedy annie has all vintage and antique clothing. She measures 18 1/2” tall. Made from aged osnaburg with a hand stitched face and a full head of curly wool hair. Her bow is made from the same antique quilt as her dress. Her shoes and socks are painted and aged with a old button on the side of each shoe. The skirt of her dress is made from antique quilt and the the bodice and sleeves are vintage chenille that I have aged. Her collar is also antique quilt that I have hand stitched around the edge with pale blue thread. Her brooch is a old button. Her apron is a vintage doily that I have attached with 2 old buttons. Annie wears pantaloons made from a vintage fabric then I have hand stitched around the bottom edge of the pant legs. Her flower is made from a old wool blanket with a antique quilt center. The stem is grapevine wire that I have wrapped around her arm. The leaves are green antique quilt. Rusty pinned to her sleeve is a vintage looking tag that I have signed and dated the back. Annie has been slightly dusted with cinnamon then she is sprayed with spice scent. Sit her on a old chair or bench, tuck her on a old crock....so many ideas! What a wonderful mothers day gift!
