This Primitive Raggedy Ann Halloween Fairy is 18 inches tall from the tip of her hat to the tip of her shoes. She is made from quilt store quality muslin. She has been firmly stuffed, tea-stained, and baked for a very Prim look. Her skirt, tag, and hat are made from a black cotton fabric with candy corn and polka dots all over. Her magic wand bow, hairbows, shawl and pantaloons are made from a cream, orange, and black striped cotton. Her bodice, shoes, and fairy wings are painted black and then sanded. I have handsewn ric rac to the bottom edge of her hat. I have tied a rusty bell to the top of her hat. Her hat has been sewn to her head. Her wings have been sewn on with black embroidery thread. The ric rac trim on her shawl has been handsewn on. I have also sewn ric rac to the bottom of her pantaloons. The candy corn on her magic wand is made from a painted muslin fabric and has been sanded. The candy corn is attached to a wooden stick that has been painted black. Her tag is made with the coordinating candy corn fabric, and is attached to her skirt with a rust-colored safety pin and rusty bell. I have also tied tiny rusty bells to her shoes with black embroidery thread. Her pumpkin-colored hair is sewn to her head along the seam. Her face has been painted, sanded, and shaded. I have blushed her cheeks and neck. The stripes on her legs have been dry-brushed on with paint. I hope that covers her description well. This doll has alot more detail than my other dolls. She comes from a smoke and pet free home. She is not washable and is meant to be used for decoration only. I have signed and dated the back of her tag. This doll has been adapted from a Back Porch Pickins pattern, and handmade by me, Jenny Mayo. I hope you like her! I only accept Sorry, no checks or money orders.
