Handmade, Folk Art, Lighted Log Barn Birdhouse ...... This is our rustic, pine Log, lighted Barn birdhouse. It would make a wonderful addition to your primitive country home. It is made out of pine then, carved and painted to look like logs. It has a wonderful worn gray, aged finish with chinking between the logs. It is then topped with 100 year old barn metal for the roof. T is a handmade wheelbarrow and a stack of logs out front with a handmade saw. It has wonderful detail! T is even a star cut out about the loft so, the light can shine through. The Barn is made to be a lighted and perfect for inside your home. The birdhouse is located in the offsett of the barn. The birds can enter in the side window and the side roof can be removed for cleaning. If you would like to use the lighted version outside, you can use it as a decoration on your porch or in a sheltered area in your garden. The light is not made to be exposed to direct weather but, under a shelter of some sort would be fine. We have also added some handmade straw bales, a rusty shovel and some other miniatures that are in perfect scale for this rustic creation. The light with an on/off switch on the cord is included along with a 7 watt bulb. We have included several pictures so, you can see the wonderful details!! We take much pride in our handmade houses and I know you will find them to be top quality!! It measures 16 inches tall, 12 inches wide and 8 1/2inches deep.
