Hi, and Welcome to my auction ........ Well, the garden is done. All the canning and freezing are now just a memory, and all the pumpkins and birdhouse gourds have been picked and are drying for the seeds. I just LOVE this time of year ............ the air is starting to get crisp, the colors are so beautiful and the FUN of fall decorating. Today I am listing a block sign. Many of you who purchase from me are going to be a little shocked when I say this, LOL ......... But, I like making these cute little block signs! Okay, now that's out of the way. Let me tell you about the block sign. First this sign block set can be used at least 3 different ways and 4 if you just use the "Pumpkins" block alone. Okay, so now about the sign. This sign block set measurements are as followes the "Pumpkins" block is 11 inches x 3.5 inches and is 1 1/2" thick wood. The "for Sale" block is 8 inches x 3.5 and is 1 1/2" thick. And all bridges have been filled in on the lettering for that hand painted look. They both were stained with a dark walnut. then painted the top with "Terra Cotta". I then sanded and so some of the stain shows and then sealed with a matte finish for that great primitive look.If you have any questions please feel free to e mail me. And as always .... ...
