Dresses from the Collection of Diana, Princess of Wales Offered here is a hardcover copy of Christie's catalog for the charity auction of the dresses of Diana Princess of Wales. The book is in very good to like new condition. There is a small white scuff mark on the top back of the dust jacket - please see the last picture. Otherwise, the copy is clean and crisp. Some of the pictures shown may appear to be a little off kilter, this is because I didn't want to flatten the pages to take them. The originals are also much brighter than my camera could capture! 79 lots were offered at the auction, and this lavishly illustrated book includes pictures of all of them. Most are pictured in full from the front, but many are also pictured in detail, making this a great book not only for fans of Princess Diana, but also for those interested in fashion and design. For folks interested in the Princess of Wales, the catalog also offers a number of both candid shots and portraits of Diana taken specifically for the auction. Included with the book are the original absentee ballot form and the invitation to view ticket , both in pristine condition. Only 5000 copies of this book were printed.
