You are bidding on an 8 piece Tea Set from Princess House made by Hammersley. This is a Spode company known for its fine Bone China in England. Included are the tea pot with the lid, the sugar bowl. the creamer, and 4 small snack plates. All of these items are in excellent condition. Each piece is marked "Princess House exclusive." The mark is followed by Hammersley's connection to Spode and Made in England. This is a white china with gold trim. The pattern features delicate pink roses with light gray brambles. The tea or coffee pot is 7" tall without the lid, 9" tall with the lid. The top and base diameters are both 3 1/2" wide. The long, slender spout is 5" long and the scrolled handle is 4" long. T is some wear on the underside, but no chips, cracks, or breaks in this piece. The sugar bowl is an open style that does not come with a lid. It stands 2 3/8" tall with double handles. The top diameter is 3" wide and the base is 2 1/2" wide. Each handle is 1 1/4" long. One handle was repaired at some time, it is not easily seen. T are no other flaws in this piece. The creamer stands 3 3/8" tall and has one handle and a spout. The top diameter is about 2 1/2" and the base is 2 1/4" in diameter. The handle is 2" long. This piece looks great, t are no chips, cracks, or breaks in this creamer. The 4 snack plates are of a similar design. They are white with gold trim, then each piece is painted with a different flower. These do not seem to match any particular Princess House pattern. Each plate is 3 1/2" in diameter. T are no chips, cracks, or breaks in these snack plates. This is a beautiful set! Well worth adding to your collections.
