For fans of Hayao Miyazaki's Classic Anime film "Princess Mononoke", up for auction is an extremely Rare, out-of-production PVC Statue/Figure of "San"(voiced by Clare Danes in the US/Disney release) riding atop her adopted Wolf Mother "Moro" (voiced by Gillian Anderson in the US/Disney release). This beautifully sculpted and exquisitely detailed figure was made by NIBARIKI in 1997 and distributed by COMINICA, Inc. This is an officially licensed product sanctioned by Studio Ghibli and produced under the supervision of Hayao Miyazaki. The figure is in mint condition still sealed inside its original box. The box is in excellent condition as well (it was carefully stored in a cool, dry closet for safekeeping). The figure stands about 8 inches tall and about 9 inches long. It is made of a mix of ABS Plastic and PVC. The Wolf Mother "Moro" is molded on a nice terrain display base. This is a definite "must-have" item for any fan of Miyazaki's epic groundbreaking film.
