I will be listing a number of extremely nice PRO BUILT 1/35 scale panzers and other tank models built by an elderly gent in south Louisiana who passed away years ago. He entered a lot of model contests and had a number of trophies and awards for his models. Most of these have been packed away for years and may have some small detail parts missing or needing re-gluing, but overall, unless otherwise stated, they're in excellent shape and display very well. Please see my other auctions this week for more, these are truly museum-quality builds and had to have taken a lot of time. I will ship these models Priority Mail only and will package them in shreaded paper, which I think is the safest way to pack them. I've shipped some models before this way and had good luck with it. This particular auction is for a Panther tank done up in a very well executed camo scheme. The same aging, weathering, and bare metal techniques seen on the other models is present on this one, but typically, since Panthers didn't live long, this one's not as heavily weatd as some of the earlier model tanks this fellow built. Took me a while to figure out why he didn't weather the later war tanks as much as he did the early war tanks.
