UP FOR AUCTION IS A GREAT (WHAT I BELIEVE IS A CALENDAR TOP FROM THE EARLY 1940'S, BUT CAN'T GUARANTEE IT) PICTURE OF A PRR M1a 4-8-2 LOCOMOTIVE #6713. ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO SIGNATURE OR CAPTION IT WOULD BE GREAT FRAMMED. THE ACTUAL CAPTION SHOULD BE 'SERVING THE NATION' FROM THE ORIGINAL ART OF DEAN CORNWELL. I BELIEVE GRIF TELLER DID A 1943 CALENDAR WITH THIS TOP. PAPER IS MADE OF THICK STOCK. MEASURES 20 1/8" X 16". NO BEND OR FOLD MARKS, BUT IS A LITTLE ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES FROM STORAGE. LOVE THE TANKS! UNCLE SAM AT THE HELM. REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT REALLY IS.... A POSTER, CALENDAR TOP, IT DOES SEEM OLD AND IS A GREAT ITEM. EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS AND THANKS FOR LOOKING.
