In the very delicate Allegheny pattern of the PRR, we have a 7 7/8 inch diameter luncheon or tea plate. This dish has beautiful floral patterns and superb gold decoration. The piece was produced by Schwarzburg and is back marked "Made for The Penn. R.R. by L Straus & Sons New York". The plate is in excellent condition showing little use. It does have one small flea bite ( I tried to get a picture of it, but it is very small) and evidence of stacking. A beautiful and rare pattern, this piece will compliment any china and silver display. We accept PayPal and money orders or cashiers checks only.
