You are bidding on an Original Antique Signed Letter by Puerto Rico Father of Puerto Rican Independence Movement Ramon Emeterio Betances. The Letter was written and signed on March 11, 1897 in Paris. The letter talks about selling stamps, probably to collect funds for the Independence Movement.
