Americana vintage (circa 1970's-1980's) Pyrex mixing bowl/casserole set with lids in excellent condition. Set is brown and white with clear lids; no, chips cracks or scratches. Barely been used if at all. Largest and smallest bowls are oven and freezer safe but cannot go in microwave due to gold based metallic accent paint on side decorations. The white bowl, medium sized can go in the microwave (we tried it). They are great for a collector, homemaker and last forever almost. I have my own Pyrex set similar to this since college 30 years ago!! I like them for guys with their own places because of the design and color. Lots of these sets are kind of girly looking but this is patriotic and guy appealing, so if you have a son going off on his own; these are terrific! Nice enough to be gifted.
