Description I have not come across the Pythian Sisterhood before and this seal has given me the chance to explore this fellowship, although briefly. This seal was for use by the North Star Assembly No 18 which operated out of Woodsville , New Hampshire and was formed on September 20th 1897. The initials F.C.B & L would appear to stand for Friendship, Charity, Benevolence & Love. A good seal with two interlocking hearts in the centre - a bit of damage on the rim as can be seen in the photo but not to detract from the seal's appeal.
