ITEM DESCRIPTION: QSL CARD ~ JOHNSTON ATOLL ~ AH3D ~ 2003 superb fold-out card ~ Apparently this was the final DXpedition before the island was "closed". The team, which included Martti Laine (OH2BH) operated out of "building No. 30 that housed the Amateur Radio and MARS Club Station KJ6BZ (the red dot on the cover) from w each and every Johnston Atoll QSO had been handed out. At this time, AH3D was the last one, just days before the building's demolition." CONDITION: excellent condition. cards(s) are not postally used from location unless noted. my u ser id "shoegazemusic" IS NOT written on the front. it is my homemade watermark in an attempt to prevent others from stealing the image to sell on CD. any strange patterns are from my scanner. my scanner sometimes makes cards appear darker. purchase more than one card, as many as you like, with NO additional shipping charges! -------------------------------please read below BEFORE you bid--------------------------------------------~ I am unable to ship several times per week, sometimes only once per week.
