Lovely oil on canvas of a woman in oriental costume strumming a lute or mandolin. Quite old. Strong coloring despite the dirt and its age. It actually looks better than the photos; I do not retouch photos or the item in question. I can find no signature. Unframed as pictured. Size is about 9 by 12 inches, on old stretcher bars. Obvious scratch to the woman's face, some crackling to the sky at the right, and lines showing the position of the stretchers. Still, something real and rather beautiful from another time. Low starting bid. Shipping is a flat $12 to any of the lower 48 States. That's UPS Ground Swervice. Well-packaged; I value the things I sell. International bidders are welcome, but you MUST get an exact shipping quote from me before you bid. This must go overseas via USPS International Priority, so it can be tracked and will arrive in a reasonable amount of time. That will add AT LEAST $40 USD to your final price.
