QUARTER HOUR REPEATER CHINESE ENAMELED DRAGONS EXPOSITION POCKET WATCH. Extremely rare. This watch was produced by the Swiss watch merchant: "L Vrard & Co." who specialized in exporting to the prosperous Chinese Singapore market. This watch is in new unused mint condition. Featured on the front surface is perfect condition multi-color enameling of the Royal Chinese Golden Dragon with four talons. On the back surface is another Chinese Dragon with a Pheasant in it's mouth. Highest-grade 19 jewels, jeweled hammers, nickel bridge model. Remarkable. Unique. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Perfect original single sunken white porcelain dial with Roman figures and very fancy gold hands. No signature. MOVEMENT: Three-figure nickel bridge model, 19 pressed in red ruby jewels, jeweled center wheel, slide activating one quarter hour repeating, red ruby jeweled hammers, compensated balance. Mint, running, fully functional and like new condition. CASE: Sixteen size, silver hunting case marked: ".900", 56mm wide, exposition case with glass covered bezel over the movement, dust cover marked: : "L Vrard & Co. The enameling covers both surfaces completely, and is like new condition, free of imperfection with bright, vivid color.
