I have been asked about relisting this cabinet so it is and just in time to make someone a great Christmas gift. What a great tall American quartersawn oak cabinet- these are getting harder to find. This is an excellent early 1900's quartered oak post office cabinet, gun cabinet, locker, armoire or wardrobe. As you can see, this cabinet offers excellent storage for a variety items which could include canned goods to sewing supplies or even used as a gun cabinet with the shelves removed. The keys for the doors are missing but could be made by a locksmith or replaced by the buyer. Finish and condition is orginal as found with some alligatoring. The total height is 84 inches by 37.5 wide and 16 1/4 inches deep at the crown molding. Internal storage depth is 11 1/8 inches. Contents of cabinet not included. Note the top two shelf boards in the cabinet are original to the unit and are not removable. The other shelves are new plywood and can be removed easily if the buyer does not want them. Selling as is. This item can ship freight by many methods. Email me for information and a quote can be arranged between the buyer and a third party delivery company of your choosing. I can suggest sources for shipping to a potential buyer that I have personally used. Buyer to pay for shipping and insurance. Buyer is welcome to pickup in person from my storage unit. Please ask any questions. Please see my other auctions.
