I bought this unusual item from an antique shop and was told that this is from the Queen's Coronation. It is 8ft long and is in my opinion anyway, an amazing item. It is old, you can definitely see that. A great banner/standard. I have tried to find out about this item on the internet but keep drawing a blank so if anyone looking at this knows more about this item, i would love to hear from you. It has a couple of little holes in the material which is understandable given its age, which you can see on picture 4. Simply a wonderful, stunning item from the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. I WILL NOT BE NEAR A COMPUTER NOW UNTIL THE 7TH OF MARCH, SO ANY QUESTIONS AND I WILL ANSWER THEN, BUT ALL I KNOW ABOUT THIS ITEM IS LISTED HERE. PLEASE NOTE THE AUCTION IS FOR THE BANNER.
