This is a "The Queen" two quart fruit-canning jar. The lid glass insert is marked Pat'd May 23rd, 1871. It is 9 3/8 inches tall by 4 1/2 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition. It has only some very small nicks and chips on the ground top and the glass insert has one small chip. See photos. The lid is zinc with an embossed insert. The glass has a number of bubbles. Approximate cost for shipping to the UK, France, and Germany is $18 to $24 US for USPS First Class International Mail which does not have an insurance option, and $30 to $35 US for USPS Priority Mail International which does have insurance available. The insurance cost for a $200 US item would run $4.40 US. I will combine shipping usually for a max of 2 items unless they are very small then I can do more. I can’t ship two items or more for the same cost as one item but the cost will be less than adding up the single items shipping costs.
