CLASSIC COLLECTORS AUCTION Listed below is a classic collectable up for auction, in most cases all our items offered are from private collections. We pride ourselves on offering the best in Classic rock from the early 70s, through to the present day. We check all vinyls on our system before listing them- But we appreciate that everyones system may vary slightly, and the odd 'pop' and 'crack' may differ, or not sound at all, as to be realistic, these vintage vinyls will normally have something on them as you listen. We never list albums that have 'scratches that sound/jump' - they will be discarded. We never list LPs that are warped, ot have their play affected. We never list albums that are deemed 'too modern pressings' -unless a new release We never list LPs that have bad sleeves, ringwear that is too visible, or torn covers. We describe them as they sounded on our system, and try to mention any slight defects-But we honestly will not list an album if there are noises and sounds that make the album unbearable. VERY FIRST PRESS WITH 'HUGGYPOOKISSY' ETCHINGS, AND 'OFF WITH HIS HEAD' ON SIDE 2.STUNNING TRUE COLLECTORS VINYL Artist: QUEEN Title : S/T Format: RARE 12" VINYL LP UK PRESSING on original EMI label Cat no: EMC 3006 Matrix: in the dead wax it states YAX 4623-3U KIP- HUGGYPOOKISSY 7 YAX 46234-2U BLAIR OFF WITH HIS HEAD 1 note:both are stamped into the vinyl not etched, proving this is an absolute first pressing Year: 1973 Condition UNDER A BRIGHT LIGHT WE CAN SEE VINYL - MINT- There is little whisp on the vinyl, & some very light surface in a few places - the spindle shows little TRACE of skate that we could see, it has had maybe a handful of careful plays? It is also very clean and bright, and looks superb. - heavyweight vinyl with the silky round edges. ALL QUIET TUNES SOUND FANTASTIC AND NOISE FREE- 'Night Comes Down' & 'Doin Alright' are clean and sound superb. This first pressing 'Huggypookissy' copy is THE Queen album to get- they are highly sought after, and finding one in this condition? WOW!! THIS VINYL plays so well we think this is an essential purchase for any collection. It remains in incredible condition for an album so old! LABELS : MINT- Original BUFF/RED MATT LABELS SLEEVE - EX Printed by: Garrod & Lofthouse (UK) These first pressed sleeves are very hard to find in good condition. One of the hardest sleeves to find without bad marking/scuffing and damage, we have here a real cracker EDGES: All edges are very very clean with minimal scuff anywhere! SPINE: Nice and sharp, this LP as we know has a virtually non existent spine, and most are scuffed and worn, this one is still in superb shape with all the titles legible. Some minimal spidering over the edges. Titles are on both the side and top edge as all first sleeves should be FRONT/REAR: Superb vibrant colours, with no fading anywhere- some light handing marks -one small 'price scuff' on top right. RINGPRESS: some slight press, but again, no 'whitening' and it is one of the best sleeves we have had for years . RINGWEAR: no whitening or scuff. OPEN EDGE: razor sharp, barely a hint of thumbing. CORNERS: some very peripheral scuff on the extreme edges only. GATEFOLD: - N/A INNER : EX+ original paper inner So..dont miss this cracking ORIGINAL press..its a beauty!
