This is a Portfolio of Color PHOTOGRAPHS, measuring 11" x 14 by famed photographer, ERNST HAAS, to promote the 1981 motion picture, QUEST FOR FIRE Directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud based on the novel J.H. Rosny Sr. Screenplay by Gérard Brach. A Science Fantasy Adventure. This story takes place in prehistoric time when three prehistoric tribesmen search for a new fire source. Anthony Burgess created the primitive language for the early humans in this prehistoric adventure about a trio of warriors who travel the savanna, encountering sabre-toothed tigers, mammoths and cannibalistic tribes in search of a flame that would replace the fire their tribe has lost.
