Up for auction is this Awsome, Huge and rare Quezal vase. It is just a museum quality piece that stands approximately 8 1/2 inches tall. I can't say enough about this phenominal vase. Its flared ruffles have a span of 6 inches and the body of the vase is approximately 3 1/2 inches wide. Its form is very unusual and the two tone design is unique. As you can see, it has a pulled feather design on the bottom and a gold webb design on top. It has a fantastic irridescence that is difficult to capture wit a flash. Hues of pink, purple, blue, red and green eminate from its surface. The flared rim has an onion peel effect. I have tried to capture the beauty with and without flash. You will not find a finer piece of Art glass. It is equal to or supercedes the mastery of Tiffany pieces. This is guarenteed to be genuine and without any chips, cracks or repairs . This piece is as described or your money back. It has a polished pontil. The bottom reads, "Quezal....-0-....943" .

Please ask questions. Any serious bidder is welcome to inspect this vase in my home.

I have posted a pic of a small clear glass circle at the bottom of the vase. This was at the making of the vase and t is no indentation and it is absolutely smooth. On the outside its obscured by one of the dashes on the 'o', ie. -0-. It is so microscopic that i just noticed it. It is just a spot of clear glass and is absolutely not a defect. It is w the pontil was broken off of the base. I just want everything to be know about this piece. For more images of the outside and inside please provide your email address. Again, t are no scratches and the surface inside and out just glistens as it it were brand new.
