The first modern book on quilts with complete discussion of fabrics used, origin of designs, regional variations of patterns, etc. 300 photos in b/w and color. HC 10x12", 368pgs. a small quilt is embossed in front cover. dust jacket shows wear around the very edges, back of dust jacket has taped 2" tear, short tear in base and some wrinkling in top third. book is fine.
