This auction is for a 1994 David Winter cottage limited piece named Quindene Manor. It is #2309 out of 3,000 pieces made. It has its original box and signed certificate. T are no chips, cracks or other damage that I can see. T is a hallagram sticker on the bottom and a gold plate marked with the limited edition number on the side of the piece. The box, certificate (does have a slight bend to it but no crease), and the actual piece all have the same #2309 on them so it is the authintic set. This is a beautiful piece that shows the beauty of the rushing waterways and summer-time looking landscaping. It is beautifully designed to attract the imagination of passers and its appearance is dazzling. The box is rough due to age and has a dented front-bottom-left corner, but is still in good shape. What you see in the pictures is what you will actually receive if you are the winning bidder. I took a picture of the certificate to the best of my ability so you could read the majority of it and see that it was signed by David Winter and that it is authentic. The oval shape on the back/bottom of the piece shows that the piece was to celebrate 15 years of David Winter pieces being made. The amount of detail shown in the brick laying of the building is exquisite! This is definitely a piece to get a hold of! If you enjoy having the delightful pieces
