Vintage California Pottery S-Quire Ceramics Girl with Doll Figurine - AS IS Featured is a vintage figurine of a girl created, hand decorated, and signed by artist Zaida at S-Quire Ceramics, Los Angeles, in the 1940's. All identifying information is on the base of the figurine (see photo). This little brown-haired girl is approximately 5 3/4" tall. She is holding a doll and is wearing a hat and a white dress trimmed in blue and brown. This figurine was also available in a different colored outfit, and there was also a boy in matching clothing. The condition of this figurine is definitely "vintage," with crackling/crazing, a crack that winds around the figure, and a 1/2" chip on the side of her skirt (see photos). Despite these flaws, which are not too distracting, this 60-year-old figurine from a notable company (in existence for only about seven years) is still very charming, presentable, and worth preserving. Fast Shipping: This figurine will be shipped within one business day of payment.
