This is a complete unmodified R1155 it will require renovation and restoration of the paintwork. It has a broken Hetrodyne switch and the DF valves are missing also the X66 (VR99) and VR102 has been removed. It looks as if no other work has been carried out in the way of modifications. This makes it ideal to return to its original condition. The case has had the cork inserts removed but has not had any additional holes put into it. The wiring is as it was manufactured some of the cabling is showing its age but has not been disturbed. There are no additional components fitted so it all seems contemporary with 1940's parts.As the tally was missing it is difficult to say exactly what model it is however it is constructed of aluminium so it would likely be for aircraft use.The front panel has suffered and will need stripping back and re-painting with crackle finish if it is required for show. All of the front panel screws were treated with WD40 but no attempt to unscrew them has been made.I can supply close-up photographs if required of any areas not covered and will do my best to answer any questions.
