Original German book from 1942. Not much to say about it really, other then that it contains a good number (I would guess about 30 - 40 of the best battle action photographs of the Wehrmacht fighting on the Western Front that I have ever seen published in any wartime German book. The book is focused on the fighting of Wehrmacht Stosstrupp and Recon (Aufklaerung) Troops in the Blitz against France in 1940. T is even a photo of a Knights Cross (Ritterkreuz) award ceremony in the book. A superb book, it is hardcover and has a total of 294 numbered pages and measures 7 3/4" x 5". This item is guaranteed original and is NOT a reprint, fake or copy of any kind... The item will be shipped from Liverpool in the UK. Actual shipping will be quoted on completion of the auction.
