You are looking at a photo of and autograph by the following late great Battle of Britain Spitfire fighter pilot : Flight Lieutenant Roger Hall DFC : Flew Spitfires with 152 Squadron during the Battle of Britain . He later later joined 255 Squadron, then forming at Kirton-in-Lindsey flying Defiants. He destroyed a He111 over the Humber on February 10th 1941, the Squadrons first victory In September he joined 72 Squadron at Gravesend, as a flight Commander, and then in April 1942 joined 91 Squadron at Hawkinge. He made his last operational flight on September 17th 1942, after loosing his flying category for medical reasons and transfered to the Adminastration Branch. The photo is in v/good condition , and a must for any collector of WWII fighter pilot autographs. Please note I recommend signed for delivery. If you choose 1st class delivery I cannot offer any recompence for items lost in post sorry.
