Original RAF RCAF Mk.VII flying goggles. A good clean pair, complete with dark lenses and elastic head strap. The lenses look good from the front, but some delamination is noticeable from the back. This pair, stamped AM 22C/826 2023, retains the mount for the flip shield (not included). Approximately 95% + of original blue painted finish remains, the leather is like new, and the chamois liner is in excellent condition with very light soiling. They almost look like they just came out of the box. The elastic strap is intact but not very elastic. The internal padding is still soft and pliable. An excellent example of flight goggles use by the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Royal Air Force.
