Up for auction are these RAF WW2 Mark 111 flying goggles. The goggles are in very good condition, the lenses are slightly tinted and are reasonable condition with only a few scratches (see photos) the front of the goggles retain all the paintwork and the inside covering is in excellent condition. The strap is in good condition and carries its Air Ministry stamp and numbers though a bit faded. Dated 1939. Not sure if used, as the end of strap is still stitch and unrolled to go through buckle. A nice pair of Battle of Britain era goggles for display or re-enactment
