Vintage WW11 rolled gold, RAF Mizpah double heart sweetheart brooch decorated with trailing ivy leaves, symbolic of Loyalty, Fraternity & Brotherhood One heart is inscribed with the biblical quotation 'The Lord watch between me and thee when we are absent from one another' The other heart is engraved with regimental RAF pilots wings This romantic keepsake of WW II is has a secure 'c' clasp and a safety chain (not of the same vintage but simply unclipped if not needed) Measures approx: 4cm(1.5") in width at the widest point. ...Personal collection and inspection welcomed.
