THIS IS CGC 9.8. I only collect CGC comics now as I've found they appear to retain value the best. This is a 1ST PRINTING of Rai issue #0. The is what many consider the KEY comic for the Valiant Universe and when the Valiant movies come out I would guess the values will really skyrocket. Not only is this the 1st Full Appearance of Bloodshot (i.e. Hulk 181 was 1st Full Appearance of Wolverine) it is also the 1st Appearance of the New RAI! This is a CGC certified 9.8 copy and is not returnable. No international shipping is being offered for this. See images.
