By bidding on the item above you are agreeing to the following terms: NOTICE If you place a bid and do not complete a paypal payment within seven days or a mail in payment doesn't arrive within fourteen days, I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with ebay.
It costs me money, as a seller, to list an item on Ebay. If the winning bidder does not pay, I'm stuck paying for listings for things that didn't really sell. The only way for me to get that listing fee back is to file an Unpaid Item Dispute. After the dispute process is completed, I'll get a refund and re-list the item, after blocking the non-paying bidder from ever being able to bid on an item of mine again, and leaving them negative feedback so that everyone knows they're a deadbeat bidder.
e-mail You can email me through eBay's messaging system by using the "Ask Seller A Question" link above. I respond to all reasonable emails, so if you do not get a response from me, it means your email address is blocking my emails. Basically your ISP thinks my responses to your inquiries are spam and putting them into your spam filtered folder / directory / whatever. You will need to check your spam-bin on a regular basis, just as I do, for the occasional misdirected email.
Shipping Item will be shipped by the shipping method(s) listed below in the eBay calculator. I may be willing to ship by other means, such as FedEx or Overnight Express if the buyer requests it or requires it. I have a digital freight scale so the weight listed in the calculator is accurate. Also please note that after the payment for the auction has been made shipping may take up to a week due to a conflict with the Post Office / UPS Store / FedEx's hours and my work schedule. However, most of the time the item will be shipped the next day, if not the same day, especially for someone who pays for Overnight Express of some form. Once it has been shipped, you will get an email from Paypal with the tracking or delivery confirmation number. If I take it straight to the Post Office, I will email you the tracking number (if applicable) through eBay's messaging system if your My eBay page, or upon request, or if Paypal's page doesn't give a link to track the item.
The shipping label will be paid for and printed from Paypal's site and or copied and pasted directly from the bay checkout address. This is done to prevent any errors by hand copying the address to a hand written address label. I also use a true laser printer to print out my addresses and online shipping barcodes because inkjet printers can blur the address / barcodes (especially if water gets on it) and cause the package to get lost as a result.
I also will only ship to the address listed on your Ebay / Paypal account. This is to prevent fraud from hijacked accounts. If this is unacceptable, please either don't bid, or change your addresses on both Paypal and Ebay, complete the checkout / Paypal payment, and after you get the email from Paypal with the tracking number, change your address back to what it...
