Rainbow Glass Description: The item up for bids is a sleek modern decanter by Rainbow Glass of Huntington, West Virginia. It is hand blown glass and features a sloped form with a flared rim and a superb double bubble stopper. The color is red with a subtle fade towards the middle section. It retains a foils label that reads, "Hand Blown by Rainbow, Huntington, W. Va., U.S.A." The neck and the bottom of the stopper are ground glass, and there is a belly-button pontil on the base. It's a great example of Rainbow glass and a fairly scarce form -- have some fun and bid! Condition: The condition is good vintage with no chips, or cracks. There are a few visible surface scratches. The pictures are the best indicator as to condition, please use the zoom feature and check them out. Dimensions: It stands about 8 7/8" tall and is 3 1/4" in diameter at its widest. Shipping: The buyer of this fine item will be responsible for shipping costs which will be added to the final bid. We use the US Postal Service for shipping.
