Description: Randall Model #1-7" " All-Purpose Fighting Knife" 7" Stainless Steel Blade with Sawteeth-Fine Cut(31 teeth) Brass Double Hilt with Maroon and Brass Spacers Rosewood Commando Style Handle-Beautiful Grain Brass Butt Cap with Maroon and Brass Spacers and Wrist Thong Sullivan Smooth Botton Sheath Salmon Sharpening Stone-Stamped Fine India-Made in U.S.A. Never Used / Never Sharpened / Never Carried Excellent Condition From Randall Catalogue: Model 1 "All-Purpose Fighting Knife"---5",6",7" and 8" blades of 1/4" stock. Top cutting edge also sharpened approximately 3 inches. 4 3/4"-5" leather handle. Brass double hilt. Duralumin butt cap. This is the knife made famous by Allied combat troops in World War II and since in all theaters of war. Summary: You are bidding on truly an option loaded gorgous knife. This knife and sheath are near mint and in excellent condition. The Rosewood handle has rich color and very striking grain with no cracks or dings of any kind. I've tried to show the beauty of this knife with my pics, but they really do not do it justice. Sullivan smooth button sheath is tight stitched and in excellent condition, correctly stamped 7 on the back side. T is a fine line of verdigris across the throat and strap(see pics) indicating storage in case at some point. Stone in pouch has never been used. As
