This is the Randy Rhoads' Auction of a limetime ( Look at all the pictures ) This Randy Rhoads statue has been signed by Randy's mother Delores Rhoads, Randy's only brother Kelle Rhoads and Randy's lifetime girlfriend Jodi Vigier. The signatures are also dated 3/19/07 by all three!!! (this is the only statue signed by Randy's girlfriend) My husband went to the Mountain View Cemetary in San Bernardino, CA on March 19th, 2007 for the 25TH Anniversary of the death of the greatest guitar hero to have ever lived!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We called this Randy's 25/50 Anniversary - he would have been 50 on his last birthday and this is the 25th Anniversary of his passing. Amazingly but not surprisingly, dear Mrs. Delores Rhoads was t along with her surviving children, Kelle, Randy's brother, and Kathy, Randy's sister. Hubby was blessed enough to have almost all his collection signed which tired him out completely but said it was well worth it because Randy has always been his hero. Of the 3 Rhoads' statues he brought "only 2 were signed" and this is one of them right on Ebay up for grabs to any Randy fan on earth. T were tons of fans that came from all over the planet but only 2 Randy Rhoads' statues were signed this VERY SPECIAL DAY because my husband was t from the crack of dawn until every single person left AND these were the only statues signed on March 19th, 2007. T was also a documentary being shot by filmmaker Peter M. Margolis at the cemetary this day on March 19th, 2007 and you can read the full details of this special event in a 5 page story in Guitar World's 2007 (august issue). It states that after the documentary comes out in 2008 a full movie will follow if everything works out. This story is a must read for any Randy fan because t are new things to know so look into it. This was purchased used before the signing tfore the condition is not mint/ perfect, it has a few dings on the base from travel and the person who sold the 3 of them to us didn't package them very well at all. I will ship it to you with loving care. This is being sold with NO RESERVE and I expect this to be a high dollar item and if you feel you've paid too much for it I'll refund the money, THIS IS SURE TO BE WORTH 100 TIMES WHATEVER YOU PAY FOR IT AND ONE GREAT INVESTMENT. These original statues are selling for hundreds unsigned so this is the one to get. Somebody out t will be very happy to display on a mantle or your special Randy Rhoads' Shrine. The figure is sculpted and hand painted in exquisite detail standing 8.5 inches high. It is offered in a very limited edition number of 3000 and has been sold out for quite some time now. This is from a huge collection of autographed items owned by my husband who was a touring musician but has quit the business! Most of the autographs were obtained in person from the artist. I must sell his entire collection due to mounting medical bills to treat his cancer and various conditions.
