An excellent pochoir printby French artist Raoul Dufy , Titled ‘Three Gentlemen’ it was published by Madrigaux, Paris edition size of 1200. Wonderful characterisation of posturing men in conversation, lovely detail - white gloves an d great pattern on middle man’s trousers Comes mounted – print size 28cm x 24 cm mount size 43cm 37.5cm Pochor is an unusual printing techinique used in France between 1910 and 1930 – Paper stencils are cut for each color required and watercolors are used with each stencil to apply color to blank paper, the color produced is rich, being a very labour intensive this technique was used in limited manner Please email me for further images or any questions
