RAFFAELLO SANZIO DA URBINA 1483-1520 TERPANDRO A lovely large turn of the nineteenth century original engraving by the major listed artist Raphael, depicting a portrait of the well known Greek Musician, Terpandro. The engraving has wide margins, with decent plate definition. The quality is excellent, with great attention to detail, mainly to the sitters face - this would make an ideal christmas gift. Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino (April 6 or March 28, 1483 – April 6, 1520), better known simply as Raphael, was an Italian painter andarchitect of the High Renaissance, celebrated for the perfection and grace of his paintings and drawings. Together with Michelangelo andLeonardo da Vinci, he forms the traditional trinity of great masters of that period.
