PATTERN NAME AND REFERENCES: This pattern is named Cameron. I have included the picture of a matching piece from page 3 in the 1908 section of the ACGA Clark catalog reprints. I'm also including the picture of the cover of the July of 1988 ACGA Hobstar magazine. Shown on this cover is a piece matching mine that sold at a Woody's auction for $3,600. It was lot number 198 and described as a giant eggnog bowl. I also spotted this piece featured in a 1905 Clark advertisement that can be seen on page CLK-9 of the American Brilliant Period Cut Glass Advertisements by V-R Information systems. AGE: This piece was surely made sometime close to the 1905 and 1908 dates mentioned above. BLACK LIGHT TEST RESULTS: Confirms American Brilliant Period (approximately 1876-1916) MEASUREMENTS: 10-5/8" wide, 8" high, and 1/2" thick WEIGHT / RING: It weighs a hefty 8.4 pounds and has an excellent ring when tapped.
